Marflow’s headquarters and manufacturing centre are situated on a 2-acre site in Hamstead, Birmingham, England in the traditional heart of the UK’s brassware industry, where craftsmanship holds pride of place.

On site facilities include a 3D CAD studio next to a purpose-built test laboratory, production assembly facilities, a training suite, showroom, warehousing and despatch.
Showers and bathroom accessories are manufactured mainly in house. However, the services of local sub-contractors, well-known, carefully selected and respected for quality craftsmanship, are used for specialist operations such as polishing and chrome plating. |

The St James Collection of showers, mixers, taps and accessories takes inspiration from the best in classic Victorian design and is Marflow’s best selling export product, which is sold in over a dozen countries.
The St James Collection takes it's name from St James Palace, London, the senior palace of Her Majesty the Queen Elizabeth II, and the London residences of The Princess Royal and Princess Alexandra. The range incorporates the latest in plumbing technology and provides the discerning purchaser with high quality products and unrivalled value for money.
Prestigious UK installations include the Hall of Residence at Kings College, Oxford, and the jewel in the crown, the 900-year-old Windsor Castle, the residence of the Sovereign.
After the disastrous fire which destroyed over 100 rooms, the St James Collection was part of the massive 5-year restoration project, the greatest building project to be undertaken in 20th Century England.
The St James Collection has won the hearts and satisfied the personal tastes of prestigious customers throughout the United States of America, South Africa, Australia, Russia and many European countries.
Overseas installations include ‘Genadendal’ The State Presidents home in CapeTown, South Africa; Reids Palace Hotel, Madeira; Lapa Palace Hotel, Lisbon and many more luxury hotels and tasteful bathrooms of the rich and famous.
The Collection is sold exclusively through a network of distributors who have luxury bathroom expertise and have demonstrated their commitment to the product with quality displays in bathroom settings.
