Free St James Guarantee Offer
This guarantee offer is valid for St James products and their component parts, as purchased and used in the United Kingdom for a period of 25 years for sanitaryware and 5 years for brassware.
It will apply where, after the products are put into service, a defect is discovered or arises under normal use which is related to a design fault, materials or workmanship. In this instance we agree to remedy the defect ether by replacement or repair at our expense. Full details included with each product.
