With factories in the West Midlands, the heart of the brassware industry, we are justifiably proud of our long tradition of British manufacturing. This tradition is now continued with our new bathroom sanitaryware range which is handcrafted in the Staffordshire Potteries using skills handed down through the generations.
Local materials are sourced, such as china clay from Devon and Cornwall and quartz sand from Cheshire, so we are able to ensure a consistency of colour and finish that cannot be replicated in other countries.
By keeping the manufacturing and production of the St James Collection close at hand in the UK rather than outsourcing to low cost countries, we are able to maintain high standards of engineering and quality control, rigorously inspecting every item before it leaves the factory gate.
